We like to keep things clear , simple, and easy to understand, so here’s the fine print in plain language — nothing sneaky, just smart business.

  1. 1. Quote Validity:  Quotes are good for 10 calendar days from the date issued. After that, pricing or availability might change — especially with the fast-moving world of aerospace parts.
  2. 2. Orders & Confirmation:  Your order becomes official once we receive and confirm your Purchase Order (PO) in writing — that’s when the magic starts✨.  We’ll absolutely honor the quote we gave you, but until your PO is confirmed, nothing’s set in stone.  Pricing, availability, and lead times can change, so locking it in early is always a good idea!
  3. 3. $ Pricing:  Our pricing is based on current market conditions and part availability at the time we send your quote. We do our best to give you accurate, competitive numbers right from the start.

If anything changes before your order is confirmed, we’ll give you a heads-up — no surprises, just clear communication.

  1. Lead Time: We’ll provide an estimated ship date based on what’s in stock or on order. We do our best to stay on schedule, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our hands — like supply chain hiccups or carrier delays.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be listed on your invoice.  A gentle reminder:  Late payments may incur a late fee.

🚀 Returns & Cancellations: We totally get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s when we can accept a return:

  • The part is defective
  • You received the wrong part number
  • There was a paperwork or shipping error on our end

Just shoot us a quick message in writing to request a return. Once approved, make sure the item is still in its original condition and packaging when you send it back.

📦 Heads up: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of FedEx, UPS, USPS, or your chosen carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to the carrier directly. We recommend inspecting everything right away so any issues can be sorted fast.

⚠️ Note: Custom or special-order parts are non-cancellable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
